A physical property describes something (color, shape, texture, size, temperature, etc.)
A physical change is when something changes but keeps its original properties
A chemical property is the
ability
of something to react with something else and make a new material
A chemical change is when something changes into something new and cannot change back
Be able to distinguish between the different types of mixtures
A solution is a mixture where everything is evenly distributed
A colloid is a mixture with particles too small to see
A suspension is a mixture with particles large enough to be seen
An emulsion is a mixture of two liquids that do not mix
