Big Ideas
Inertia means that an object in motion will continue to move in the same direction at the same speed until a force acts on it
The difference between speed and velocity is that velocity shows not only how fast something is moving, but which direction it’s traveling
The bigger something is, the more gravity it has
The reason moving objects come to a stop on Earth is because gravity and friction slows and stops them
